BlackRoots offers premium organic hair care products formulated with natural botanical extracts (Indigo Leaf, Amla, Bhringraj, Brahmi, Camellia Oil). Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Methods & Processing

We accept prepaid payments via major Indian Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable pincodes in India.

All online payment processing is facilitated through authorized, RBI-approved PCI-DSS Compliant payment gateway aggregators. We reserve the right to verify customer phone numbers and pincodes prior to dispatching Cash on Delivery orders.

4. User Obligations & Accuracy
