Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of cost at any time prior to dispatch:

• Before Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our Shuklaganj UP facility within 12 to 24 hours. To cancel before dispatch, please WhatsApp us at +91 9580835179 or email blackroots.in@gmail.com with your Order ID. 100% full refund will be issued immediately for prepaid orders.
• After Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled in transit. However, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep or initiate a 7-day return upon receipt.

2. 7-Day Return Eligibility

We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return Window from the date of package delivery under the following conditions:

• Damaged / Defective Product: If the product bottle arrives leaking, broken, or damaged during transit.
• Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive an item different from what was ordered.
• Unopened Seals: For personal hygiene and safety standards, returned items must be unopened, unsealed, and in original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Take 2 photos or a short 10-second unboxing video showing the damaged bottle/seal.
2. Send the unboxing proof along with your Order ID to WhatsApp: +91 9580835179 or email blackroots.in@gmail.com.
3. Our customer team will verify your request within 4 to 6 working hours and arrange a free reverse pickup courier from your doorstep.

4. Refund Processing & Timeframe

Once your return package is picked up or arrives back at our Shuklaganj warehouse for inspection, your refund is processed as follows:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / NetBanking): Refund is credited directly to your original payment bank account / card within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our team will contact you for your preferred UPI ID (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or Bank Account Details (Account No & IFSC), and the refund will be transferred within 24 to 48 hours of verification.
